- I recently released a big rework of my pro-controller/Joycon driver for Windows 10 and I thought that the community of this subreddit could find this tool useful.

- First if you installed a driver you made a mistake. The snes2usb (normally smart joy) does not need drivers. But it may have done no harm installing them, personally I would suggest against that since they are HID complaint. As both the original SNES controller and the innovation one do not work and both perform the same way by that i mean.
Make sure your USB adapter and drivers are properly installed. Use the disc BEFORE you plug the adapter in your PC. Sometimes Windows starts nagging when you do it the other way around. (in the top bar), then to input, and select a controller that has the buttons of the nes controller (left, up, right, down, select, start, a, b) i.

I got a Tomee NES to USB adapter and plugged my old NES controller into it and OpenEmu sees it as NES PC Gamepad but when I select it and try to use it nothing happens. I have it directly plugged into my laptop and not through a hub and I do not have any 3rd party USB apps or drivers installed. Is there something I'm missing? |

Pros: works great and I was only expecting a controller but I received two!!

Pros: There is no pros about this product and the manufacturer of this product needs to figure out what the heck they are doing wrong.
I purchased this product with the hopes I could use a retro controller for gaming and as soon as I opened the package it looked great and I was excited. I was extremely let down after pluging it in and trying it out with an emulator.

Cons: The down side was that upon carefully opening the package and rolling out the cabling, I plugged the controller in. opened up a game the screen loaded to where I could assign the controller buttons to what they were. I then loaded a game and started to try to play. I found out that one of the buttons were broke. This product isn't worth the 12 bucks I paid. I was thoroughly dissappointed with the product.

Pros: Looks good, the A and B are fine and the controller itself is technically functional, however..
Cons: The directional pad isn't so great. After noticing that the input seemed off -- noticing up input when I was clearly only pressing right -- I opened the product up to take a look, Turns out the rubber between the sensors and the D-pad is too large, so the plastic d-pad consistently presses two of the rubber puts, thus putting in multiple input. Despite this I can still get away with playing a side scroller if I'm careful with my fingers, as in pressing only the very end of the direction.
That aside, there's nothing physically wrong with the controller. It's just cheaply made, mostly.
