While we do not promote piracy, there comes a time when we want to download an app from the App Store, but it is not available in our country. This happened with Pokémon GO, as it only launched six months after the US launch, and many users had no idea how to download the game from a different store.

Well, what if we told you that you can download apps without an Apple ID? Meaning you will no longer be restricted to downloading apps from a specific region anymore. While this method is great, it should not replace your usual App Store, and should only be used to download apps that you cannot find in your region due to them not being released yet.

Step 1: Download iOS Emu

The first thing you want to do is to visit this site from your iOS device. iOS Emu is a cool app that lets you install all sorts of awesome things onto your iOS device without needing an Apple ID. From GameBoy Emulators, to even an enhanced version of YouTube. Select the icon you want at the top of the page and then start the download of the app.

After selecting a free app to download you will see a pop-up menu appear. Once installed you will need to install the profile for the app before you can open it. Luckily the app adds the profile, so you only need to activate it by heading to Setting > General > Profile & Device Management. Here you will see a new profile called IOSEMU, tap on it and enable it. If it gives you a warning about it not being signed, just accept it and move on.

Step 2: Install TuTu Helper

Now for the big ticket item. TuTu Helper is the alternate app store version that will let you search for any app and download it directly from the app itself without needing an Apple ID. You can find it in the iOS Emu app right at the bottom near the letter “T”. First tap on “Install”, then scroll down to TuTu Helper, it will open up your web browser, tap on the “Get” box and it will install to your home screen.

Once that is done you will need to approve the certificate like you did for the iOS Emu app.

Step 3: Search The App And Download It

All you now need to do is search for the app you want to install in TuTu Helper, and underneath the advert at the bottom (close it by tapping on the “x”), you will see “Get it Free”. Tap on that and it will download to your device. Once it is done you will get a prompt asking to install the app, tap install and it will appear on your screen.

Note: If the installation fails, just retry it and go out of the TuTu Helper app to your home screen, the app will then successfully install. Also, before you can open the downloaded apps, you will need to first install the profile for each one only one time. Repeat the process by going to Setting > Genera l> Profile & Device Management. You will only need to do this once per new app.

If you are looking for your downloaded apps, navigate to “Manager” at the bottom right-hand corner. Here you will find all the apps you have downloaded so far. You can delete the apps from your home screen, and install them again anytime from this manager tab in the TuTu Helper app.

We downloaded Pokémon Legends using this method, and it worked great. Test it out and let us know how it worked out for you.
